Pizza Rev offers delicious gluten-free and dairy-free pizza options, which is like a miracle for me. However, they need to improve their efficiency in handling online orders versus walk-in orders to reduce wait times.

WOW! What a MISTAKE!
Normally, you would expect professionalism and concern from a restaurant's management in the cleanliness of their kitchen, the quality of their food, and their ability to get an order correct. The DISASTER we encountered with the latter cause us to question our health and well being from the former.
When I addressed the General Manager about my concerns he was RUDE and explained they weren't able to do better. I called their corporate number, but no one answers the phone there. I guess they really don't care, either.
The result is we don't have the pizza we ordered on line an hour before it was supposed to be ready and are probably going to have to challenge the credit card to get a refund.
With so many other choices; WHY take a chance with these guys?
