A few days ago, I had dinner at Red Bowl Asian Bistro in Rock Hill, S.C., and ordered the chicken and broccoli with fried rice, which was absolutely delicious-the broccoli and carrots were perfectly crunchy and the sauce packed with flavor. The inside dining area felt spacious and cozy, with dim lighting that created a great atmosphere, especially for a relaxed evening out. I've enjoyed many dishes here, from crispy crab wontons to spicy shrimp and various sushi rolls, and every time the service has been friendly and attentive, making me eager to try even more from their menu next time I'm in town.
