Stopped here traveling back home to Michigan. First, waited 10 min for someone to seat us. She seemed irritated we were standing at the hostess stand. Once sat, another 7 min for someone to come. Dre finally did, took our orders, took almost an hour for our food. It wasn't very busy as we were there at 1:45pm, we had to ask for silverware, ask for refills. Took another 15 for the bill, he kept disappearing into the kitchen. Everyone there seemed like they definitely didn't want to work.

Wow I do not usually comment but by far the worse experience I have had this trip. Bar service terrible. Waited 25 minutes for a beer after I was told they were out of what I ordered.

We have never experienced this before! When we first arrived and got to the hostess stand, a waitress came to the hostess and said "don't sit anyone else in my section or they will be waiting for a long time"
We obviously asked not to sit in her section, but the hostess said that was where she needed to seat us. The waitress NEVER came to our table! My husband and I along with our 4 children got the salad bar only, went to the bar for our drinks, and had to ask the hostess for our check. No one apologized and no one tried to make it right .
