New Harbor is absolutely "the best" place for Chinese food. I have been going there for years and am now living on the west side, but when I go to Spokane it is the first place I want to go. I have just been on a 5000 mile trip driving...and between here and the Midwest there is no better Chinese than New Harbor and we have tried many. the same people run it and are still running it after many years. Good service and food. Can't ask for better.
