While exploring the mall in Spokane, I found myself feeling hungry and decided to grab a bite to eat at Twigs. The restaurant's seating arrangement overlooking the lower levels of the mall created a unique dining experience. Despite a small hiccup with the service initially, the staff was quick to rectify the situation and ensure we had a pleasant meal. Overall, Twigs provided a satisfying meal in a trendy setting, and I would consider dining there again in the future.
