I went to Lindsay's at the Doubletree Hotel for breakfast after hearing good things about it from a few people. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the buffet area is actually quite spacious once you see all the different food stations. The chef, Mario Criss, was really passionate about his cooking and it showed in the delicious breakfast options available. The service was excellent and I enjoyed my experience there - looking forward to trying out their dinner menu next!
