I used to be a loyal fan, until I tried to book a function in their private party room. I was stood up by Dan, the owner, for my scheduled appointment with him to discuss this event. When he finally returned my call, after I had called them to remind them to get back to me, he was EXTREMELY rude and hostile, making it clear he did not have time for me or my business at his establishment. I will not hold my event at his place, and I will never return as a customer again. In fact, I have spread the word to everyone I know in Springfield about this horrific experience, so that they never encounter the nightmare that I did. Save yourself the trauma!

Do not take your business to this restaurant! The owner of this restaurant is extremely rude to customers. My friend recently tried to book a large event at this restaurant, and the owner treated her with complete disrespect and was clearly not interested in her business. I was a loyal customer who came in every week because it was so close to my home, but they will NEVER get another dime from me again. We have spread the word to all our friends in Springfield, and have heard from others already that they too have had bad experiences with this restaurant. So save yourself the grief and take your business elsewhere!
