The flavors here blew me away, especially the fried pampano swimming in red curry sauce-seriously, my taste buds threw a party. The ordering system is a bit old-school since you pay upfront, but the friendly staff and spotless, spacious interior make the wait worthwhile. From zesty papaya salad to rich noodle soups, every dish delivers big portions and big flavor, even if the waiting game requires a little patience.
