I enjoy the variety of baked goods at Quiang's, especially the baked chai seiu bows and the deep-fried meat dumplings with their crispy exterior and flavorful meat filling. The bakery offers a tempting selection that makes it hard not to indulge in a bit of everything. Quiang's is a cash-only, family-owned Chinese bakery in Stockton that is worth a visit for their delicious treats like egg tarts, pineapple buns, and steamed rice cakes.
