Took over an hour to get told that our pizza was not ready

Not happy with the pizza
This is the third time they got it wrong
First time: way too much sauce and crust over cooked
Second time: ordered easy sauce and they got that right but still the crust is over cooked
Third time: (9-7-15)asked for easy sauce and cook light crust
The sauce is right the top of the pizza looks good but I've never got a pizza with this bad a crust
Been going there since 1997
This last time I called and asked for a refund and they said they would make ma another pizza if I come down tonight
If I can't then they would give me a discount on the next pizza
I live 20 miles away and don't feel I should have to come back then to get another pizza
Being it was after 8 pm I just didn't want to go out again
Won't give me my money back either
I have pictures to backup my complaint too
Going to try Tony's pizza next time, heard they make a good pizza and care about their customers
