12/05/2020 - Tired of paying for poor service
Ordered specific flavor. My order was handed to me with a completely different flavor. When asked, "what is this?" I was snapped at by an employee saying they've never heard of the flavor I ordered so they took it upon themselves to put whatever flavor they wanted in the cup. I ordered nuts on my Sundae, when I did not notice them on there I asked about it and two of the employees snapped at me saying they didn't put them on there because they were out of them instead they put a cherry when I specifically said "I do not want a cherry." Very poor customer service very poor professionalism.
