Their pumpkin empanadas, cookies, and Pan de Huevo are absolutely delicious, and the churros are excellent as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bakery offers a wide variety of fresh, homemade authentic Mexican pastries that make the drive from Knoxville completely worth it.
