I used to enjoy the food at Cook Out in Elizabethton, TN But during this last year the quality has seriously gone down hill, the meats being overcooked and sometimes finding items missing from orders. Today was the worst; my husband and I had to reorder three timez as they messed up the order twice! Once receiving the proper order, we discovered our hamburgers were overcooked and severely charred. Likewise, our fries were overcooked and dried out. Even though this Cook Out still makes good shakes, we are very disappointed by today's service and lacking quality of the meal. This may well be the last time we do business with them.
