My family and I love Waffle House and normally we have a great experience at this location. The cooks are great and entertaining and the food is wonderful. However, last night we had a terrible experience. Our server was so slow, got both my husband's and my order wrong, we had to ask for refills, and she acted as though we were putting her out to have to wait on us. Then, when we checked out, she forgot to give my husband his credit card back so we had to drive back there to pick it up. My advice, work on your service to your customers or you are going to be in trouble! :-(
