Hardees used to be the best place for your breakfast but not here lately. The biscuits are so crumbly they just fall apart. Twice I have went thru to get my biscuit for work and have received the wrong one. The morning hash browns have been so crunchy that the traditional taste is gone. I'm not sure what is going on but I would like to see them get it back together.

Management is more worried about a spoon full of gravy than anything else. Customer satisfaction is of no importance. Sweetwater needs several more places to eat. You birds would change your ways of doing things.

Breakfast has always Been great! So has ally visits during lunch.....until today. Not very friendly drive thru service. And food is mostly good but today fries were really cold and when asked for ketchup she said how much and I said a handful. Well I get home to 2 little packets of ketchup. I know y'all aren't busy during the day so step it up!
