Los problems used to be a very nice place to eat my mother loved it but unfortunately they went downhill my brother took me there Friday and the staff was all right however the food was not ordered a T-bone and that's not what I got the glass that my tea came in was all chipped up thank God for straws and when they brought the food there were big chips out of the plates looked very disgusting I don't think I'll eat there again and it wasn't as clean as it should have been I do hope they get better it was such a disappointment

I am normally very tolerant with restaurants but my sisters, mom, and I were traveling and stopped for the worst meal we can remember. The service was terrible, and the food was tasteless. Worst refried beans, gluey. No seasoning on hamburger in taco salads,no quacamole as on menu, gummy and unrecognizable chalupa.

Creepy pictures and decor. Wait staff not attentive at all or smiles. Love the portions and the food as well as the price. Over the bad service

My wife an I come down every year from Southern Indiana for the family reunion. We love Mexican food and back home there are at least a dozen different Mexican restaurants to choose from. Most of them are very popular. We have eaten at all of them and every trip we take we try to find the best Mexican restaurant for the area. I can't believe I'm about to say this. Los Primos is hands down and thumbs up thee best Mexican restaurant my wife and I have ever tasted. We stopped to have lunch and have vowed to return for dinner we might even come back fo break fast. If I knew it would keep I would order a bunch of food pu it in zip lock bags put it in a cooler , get it home, and freeze it so we can enjoy it for weeks to come. The service was great. The margarita Texicana was the best ever. The salsa is killer. The ingredients used in the meals must be top notch. Ok I'll shut up. We love it, and we know Mexican food.

I LOVE this place!!!! We drive from Morristown passing up everything Knoxville has to offer to eat there! Frozen margaritas are very potent so I have to limit to 1. Food is authentic & robust with a lengthy list of choices. Great accommodations for large groups and a more private bar for intimate dinners. Waitstaff attentive & accurate and has never disappointed us. Wish we were closer so we could go more often.

We eat there almost every weekend, and the food has never been anything but excellent. The waitstaff is always so friendly and they go in a run constantly. If a person wants Americanized Mexican food, maybe this isn't the place to go. Otherwise, definitely try it!

This place is very good. The quality of the food is excellent, as are the portions - there's always leftovers on your plate. The chimichanga is the best, in my opinion. Their beans & rice are good as well. Not sure what the other person's talking about, perhaps they need to get their taste buds checked out by their physician. Fast service, fresh & hot food, refills always offered. You can request some of their salsa (which is very flavor full, spicy & has the great taste of cilantro) & chips to go - a great snack afterwords or good til lunch the next day. Sure, the service is lacking due the the language barriers, but what do you expect? This IS a Mexican Restaurant. I drive 45 miles one way to eat here quiet often, usually a couple of times a month. The kids menu is great, my husband loves what he always gets as well. 2 thumbs up to this place!!

This is a bad place to eat. The waiters and help are rude. I noticed the male waiters ogling young girl customers and talking "dirty talk" in Spanish amongst themselves. The beans and rice are tasteless and I wouldn't doubt they came out of an Old El Paso can. The chile rellenos hadn't been roasted before assembly, and they were loaded with pepper skins, they're tasteless, also. The margarita was watered down. It's a tossup between Cancun's and Los Primos as the "worst restaurant in Roane County.
