Every month when I visit family nearby, I make sure to stop at Pals because their hamburgers, especially the Big Pal, far surpass those from pricier chains like Five Guys. The service rivals Chick-fil-A's level of care; once, when my order was missing bacon, they promptly replaced the entire burger and offered a free drink or fries, even giving me a coupon, which left me genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and warmth.

I visit family up here about once a month and always make sure to stop at Pals for a delicious meal. Pals offers hamburgers that are superior to those from pricier chains like Five Guys, with their Big Pal being a personal favorite. The service at Pals is on par with the exceptional standards set by Chick-fil-A, making every visit a pleasant experience.
