I had lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Shelbyville, Tennessee, where the food was fresh, the salsa delicious, and the service friendly and attentive. Although the buffet wasn't available on the day I visited, I learned it is offered only on weekends, which is useful information for those interested. The portions were generous-especially the paella and burritos-and while the food was a bit greasy, it was authentic and satisfying, making it a solid choice when in the area.

Had a delicious lunch today at a Mexican restaurant in Shelbyville, Tennessee. The food was fresh, especially the salsa, and the service was exceptional. While I don't frequent this area often, my sister-in-law is a fan of their buffet and always speaks highly of it.
