The Carne Guisada here is absolutely incredible, and I'm surprised I hadn't discovered it sooner. During a long road trip, we decided to make a slight detour, and it turned out to be the best food experience of our journey. The tacos, especially the carne guisada and al pastor, were delicious, and the homemade tortillas were outstanding; I can't wait to return!
