Found this awesome food truck with delicious cajun eats that hit the spot for me. Started with the gumbo and it was hearty with plenty of shrimp and sausage, plus it came with a tasty white bread roll on the side. The shrimp Po' boy was massive and full of flavor, definitely worth a try if you're into cajun cuisine.
