This Mexican food truckstop may not look appealing from the outside, but inside you'll find delicious homemade meals made from scratch. Despite closing between 3pm and 5pm, they kindly allowed us to place our order at 2:45pm, which we appreciated. The fajitas were flavorful and the service was friendly, making it a great stop for a satisfying meal when passing through southern Texas.
