As I stood baking in the sun for the grand opening of The Jerk Shack, I spotted Zack Salsman's Pop'topia cart and couldn't resist trying one of those colorful popsicles. I went for the piña colada flavor, and let me tell you, it was a tropical vacation in a frozen treat-refreshingly perfect with no pesky preservatives or artificial nonsense!
