Located just off the highway, this unassuming diner serves delicious, fresh, made-to-order dishes like shrimp fried rice, shrimp Penang, shrimp rolls, and wonton soup that impressed both my daughter and me. The clean, truck stop-style ambiance adds to the charm, making it a convenient and satisfying option when traveling Route 66/40 through Texas.
