On our way back from an anniversary weekend in Round Top, my husband and I swung by this adorable coffee shop that was one of the few open on a sleepy Monday morning. Although the breakfast tacos had just sold out (cue sad trombone), the lavender latte I sipped and the Americano my husband enjoyed more than made up for it, plus the friendly owner shared some fascinating local stories that made the visit extra special. With its cozy charm, cheerful staff, and that unbeatable aroma of fresh coffee, I'm already plotting my next visit to soak up those good vibes again!

During a visit to Round Top, my husband and I came across this charming coffee shop that was open early on a Monday morning. Although they had run out of breakfast tacos, we enjoyed a delicious lavender latte and Americano while chatting with the friendly owner who shared insights about the locally made furniture and the significance of a 9/11 memento displayed in the shop. The cozy ambiance, tasty coffee, and warm service made us feel right at home, and we look forward to returning on our next trip to town.
