I placed an order this afternoon through the Wingstop app, not realizing it would be delivered by Doordash. When I received my order, I was missing half of it. I immediately called the store, only to be told they didn't deliver and I needed to contact Doordash. So, I call Doordash and they immediately call Wingstop back to ask them to remake the order for delivery. After a 30 minute hold, the Doordash guy comes back on the line and says the Wingstop location is working on a large order for a church and was unable to remake the order!! What the heck!! I was then told I needed to contact Wingstop customer support and request a refund!

Had the young lady at Wingstop told me in my initial call to just call their customer support, she could have saved me an hour of my time and this negative review. Train your employees!!

Worst WingStop I have ever came across. I order online , order should of been ready in 30 mins. I get there and they tell me my order hasn't even been started on and this is 5 mins til the time it should of been ready. IVY was very rude and show no interest to be there. I had asked her what's the point of ordering online if orders are not ready and she responded with they don't pay me enough to deal with attitude. When I simply asked her why wasn't my order ready and she got very offensive. Spoked with manager to complain about his rude employee IVY, he spoked with her and she told him that's not her problem . Shows she has no respect for others. Will not be coming back to this WingStop! Management is poor and employees surely don't want to be there
