After many drives past, we finally stopped to try the Midlothian Hibachio, and despite some initial confusion, the service was warm and attentive, especially from Sebastian who made ordering easier. The grilled plates impressed with their tenderness and flavor, and the rolls were fresh and generously sized, though the sashimi left much to be desired. The atmosphere felt relaxed and cozy, with a quiet buzz of servers working hard, making it a comforting choice for a casual meal or takeout.

We have been eating here for a while. The last two visits the food has been terrible. Tonight we ordered chicken teriyaki bowl. The rice was lukewarm and in clumps. Flavorless. The "teriyaki " chicken had no flavor at all. Very disappointed with food. Did it change ownership or something? Really gone downhill. Probably won't give it another opportunity.
