Discovered via a friend's school project. Excellent products.

I also grew up eating and making tamales with my mom and sisters. I know how critical and judge mental we can be. "no one can make them better than mom" No they can't but these are really good. I've been coming out for a couple of years now during the holidays. I remember coming out and picked up 13 dozens for me and a few coworkers. Well now I believe i'm up to 60 dzns. The ratio between meat and masa is good. The price for each dozen is reasonable, hands down. Some folks make theirs big. But big doesn't always mean good. The meat and masa ratio is never consistent. Oh!! Don't forget the Salsa.

Worst tamales I have ever had. I grew up
eating tamales. And have eaten at different
places. First time I have bought these
because if a fundraiser. The masa is hard
dry there is no filling.
The spicy ones that all
you taste us the hot spicy taste. The plain
have no flavour at all. I tried the chicken the
pork the beans. No one in me house hold
could swallow them. First you need a gallon
of water to make sure they go done. They
are horrible the worst. I don't understand
how anyone could even sell them. They are
really dry stiff and no filling no flavour. Save
your money. A
