The smoky aroma of slow-cooked brisket filled the air as I settled in at a picnic table outside an old gas station turned barbecue joint, where the owners welcomed me like family. Every bite of the tender brisket, tangy potato salad, and sweet peach cobbler felt like a celebration of authentic Texas flavors crafted with care. Though simple and unassuming, the warmth of the place and the stories shared made the experience unforgettable on my journey through West Texas.

Experience was terrible waited over 35 minutes and was told that i couldnt get any food after waiting all that time in the middle of nowhere. The lady was very disrespectful to me in front of other after talking calm with her. Never again! On top of it they use their hands touch money and other stuff and then straight to touching food making it not even washing hands
