The incredibly attentive wait staff, delicious and plentiful food like the excellent Tampiqueño steak and shrimp cocktail, refreshing drinks including great margaritas and micheladas, friendly service despite being busy and sometimes short-staffed, and the warm southern Texas atmosphere all combined to make my experience truly enjoyable and worth returning to.

The service at Manuel's was exceptional, with friendly staff and quick service. The food was delicious, especially the steak and shrimp dishes. Overall, a great dining experience worth checking out in Del Rio.
