During a recent journey from Alabama to New Mexico, I discovered an incredible local steakhouse that exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and friendly service. The cowboy ribeye was perfectly cooked, the salad bar was impressive, and the inviting atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience that I would happily return to if I lived closer.

Our server was great and I watched and the rest of the servers were the same. Food was ok. Crisp, fresh salad bar fixings. Tender, tasty steaks. Fried veggie plate was mixed. The okra was lite an crisp but the fried squash was horrible. You all need to swap that for anything else. Our big problem was the filth. Everywhere you look is caked on grease and dust. The ceiling fans (with bare light bulbs showing) are caked in furry grease. The kitchen, open to the dining room, has orange/yellow walls. Streaked with multiple, half hearted wipes over the past. Truly disgusting. Please have respect for your customers and put a little effort into presenting a clean environment for us to eat.
