While attending tech school near Wichita Falls, I took a drive into the country and discovered a BBQ diner with an extensive menu featuring smoked ribs, brisket, and classic sides like baked beans and potato salad, all prepared with great care and flavor. The staff, including the owner, are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming, small-town atmosphere despite the building's simple, vintage appearance. The food consistently impresses with tender meats and fresh, well-seasoned sides, making it a reliable stop for hearty comfort food and Texas BBQ.
