Whenever I find a Golden Chick along my route and can pull my truck in, I stop every time! This was my first visit to this location, and although my fish planks were the tiniest I've ever seen, the food was satisfying, especially the piping hot macaroni and cheese, while my husband enjoyed his tenders as always.

Whenever there's a Golden Chick along my usual route and I can squeeze my truck in, it's a must-stop spot for me without fail! My first visit to this joint left me mostly satisfied, except for the comically tiny fish planks that came with my meal. The piping hot macaroni and cheese was a bit too scorching to handle at first, forcing me to switch over to the deliciously seasoned dirty rice, with my husband happily diving into his beloved tenders, as expected. Overall, the friendly service and tasty food hit the mark, guaranteeing a return visit, even if the only thing truly fresh around here is the questionable pre-cooking activities of the staff.
