I found an awesome local cafe with friendly staff and really tasty homemade food that feels like comfort on a plate. The burgers are thick, juicy, and huge, and the Mexican dishes like breakfast tacos and enchiladas are just as impressive. Service was friendly and punctual, prices were super reasonable, and the overall vibe is cozy and welcoming-definitely a spot I'll be coming back to whenever I'm in the area.

Ate there Saturday afternoon. Best beef enchiladas I have eaten. Will be back.

Ate the cheese enchiladas and they were delicious. I am from Corpus and stopped at Liberty Cafe by chance. Im glad i did. Their enchiladas were very tasty and rich. They top them with a gravy that is out this world. I will stop again next time snd i will tell 10 people about this place.
