Whenever I'm in Uvalde, I always enjoy grabbing a meal here because the food is consistently delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. The shrimp Diablo is seriously the best I've had, with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes never disappoints. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the prices make it easy to leave with plenty of leftovers to take home.

I always enjoy dining at Lunkers in Uvalde; the CFS is excellent, the service is attentive, and the shrimp Diablo dish is a must-try, making it one of my top choices in town.

The fried pickles were way to salty. After i seen 1 of the cooks pick up a steak from the floor & he picked it back up & placed it back onto the plate then gave back to waitress to serve to the consumer. I advised the owner what he did she went ahead & said she will handle it & agreed to give me a 20 percent discount. Long story short..the waitress still took the consumer that plate & was never advised by the owner nor the waitress what had occured.
