I live in the town of Kilgore and this is the only McDonald's we go to that we don't have to drive very far. I have not written a review because I haven't wanted to take the time out to do it,but I am now because I took my son there today and the play area was closed,they said it was broken but didn't have a sign on the front door,it's on the door that goes to the play area,wow! Well,I ordered my food and as usual I didn't get all of my food. Then I go to the bathroom and there is no toilet paper in any of the stalls,well when I go to tell them,they are all just standing around talking and not working. So I told them and left. A few weeks ago I ordered the 4 for 4 and when I opened the box that was supposed to have my nuggets in it,the box was full of pickles. I take it to the guy at the counter and show him,this is his response,"Maybe you ordered extra pickles"
Omg! Even if I did,I still didn't get my dang nuggets you idiot! I just said no I didn't and he gave me my nuggets.
