Their bacon cheeseburger is always fresh and delicious, and the fries are equally tasty. The NEW Selby's Drive In has reopened in 2014 under new management, who are obviously working hard to clean up not only their restaurant, but its former "greasy" image. They have opened with a new menu, complete with diner favorites and fresh additions with a West Texas twist, such as their homemade chorizo burger.
Selby's even has a veggie burger, which is delicious, to go with their hand-cut fries!
