I ate at the one on Wanamaker 4 times in the last month and a half. Usually around 7pm on weekdays, and all 4 times, my order was wrong. How hard can it be to fix 2 5-layer burritos with no sour cream. Granted, I should have checked before I left their store. But you'd like to have a little faith that they'd get it right. So I called them after this last time and the young lady, not the manager, offered me some free food to make me happy I guess.. And when I told her I didnt want anymore of their food ever, or even my money back, she proceeded to get off the phone as quick as possible, on top of changing from nice to nasty attitude and tone. I wish I'd asked her name, but at that point, I was DONE!!! That's my(Darrin Fletcher) experience with the infamous Taco Bell on Wanamaker
