I ordered the shrimp rice and my colleague got the shrimp Pad Thai from Thai Express, and both meals were surprisingly flavorful with generous portions that left us with leftovers. The Pad Thai here beats others I've tried, with noodles that are perfectly cooked and a great balance of spice-definitely worth adding lime and crushed peanuts for an extra kick. The food court vibe is casual, the staff are friendly, and it's a refreshing change from the usual greasy or overpriced options around the mall.

Yesterday, I ordered takeout from Thai Express and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size of the rice with shrimp dish. My colleague also enjoyed their pad thai with shrimp, which was flavorful and satisfying for a takeout meal. The food court experience at Thai Express in Pickering Mall offers a nice change from other greasy or overpriced options, with tasty dishes like chicken pad thai and noodle soups that are worth the slightly higher price.
