I go to Baskin everyday, I love their cappuccino blast. Since I can't buy the mix n make it myself at home...
I called 3 mins before reaching the store because I take taxi. The lady was rude- but remembered me and said ok.
After reaching the shop my driver went in to pick the cappuccino blast which she was still making. After getting the blast I saw it wasn't blended properly but I took a sip and it tasted AWFUL.
So I, myself went back inside and show and tell her the blast wasn't even blended properly.
She made an a awful face, and loudly said, " this is why we want you to come inside and order."
Alright lady, I'm a customer- watch your words, the way you speak and stay have manners.
She took the blast from my hand and THREW IT in the bin MAKING HER FRUSTRATION OBVIOUS. The second blast she made in front of me was better but still didn't taste like it usually does.
I can't back to my taxi- told the driver I've been asked not to come, although I'm a REGULAR customer.
He says, " not to come?" I clarified... her tone of voice and facial expressions were very obvious. She did not want to make me another cappuccino blast.
This is how you treat a REGULAR customer?
Cappuccino blast is not cheap or she gives it free of cost. So she should be careful. I'm not going there again. It's not like other places with lower prices won't treat me better.
