Got coupons in the mail for this branch only so I decided to try out this new location. First off they either didn't hear I wanted to add fries to the order or they forgot them. They did add the 2 biscuits I asked for but if the fries weren't charged to me then that means each biscuit cost $2 each with tax.
But the greatest injustice was the meat in the chicken sandwich. The ads shows a nice full real fried chicken piece between the buns. What I got were those patties of cheap breaded fake chicken with a sliver of lettuce. I even went to Church's site to see if maybe there's a cheap patty chicken sandwich option that I accidentally ordered. Nope all sandwiches on the site showed real fried chicken. My theory is they ran out of real chicken so they bought breaded chicken patties. Never going back here again even if they gave me a free meal or money back. The construction traffic there makes it not worth driving for the compensation.Overall , customer service is very bad and chicken is stale
