We discovered a wonderful Italian restaurant in Burlington that truly impressed us with its authentic flavors and generous portions. The friendly staff made our experience even better, and I can't wait to return for more delicious meals!

Have been customers for several years
Went to order supper.6pm ish...website indicates open til 8...location was open...one customer ahead waiting for order.
After several minutes fellow comes out to advise they are closed and cannot serve my husband.
Called today to inquire about hours and discuss this scenario
Owner was rude, condescending, arrogant and rather than demonstrate good customer service just went on about how great they are and how many customers love them!!
Very dissappoonting! The true measure of a good or great organization is not simply how good times are handled but rather how not so great situations are resolved!
Food is good but they have demonstrated a lack of true concern for customers/customer service
