Solid Grindz started as a food truck visiting my workplace, and over time, it has become my go-to for truly authentic Hawaiian flavors here in Tucson. The teriyaki chicken paired with tuna mac salad and their perfectly marinated Spam Musubi create a comforting, soulful meal that instantly transports me back to the islands. Though tucked inside an unassuming bar and closing early in the afternoon, the warm, genuine service and generous portions keep me coming back again and again.
