After Signature Grill closed, I swung by Salud and was instantly wowed by the sunset tequila toast paired with breathtaking desert views and ridiculously good Brussels sprouts. The vibe was chill with live guitar music, friendly servers who even snapped some great pics, and a cozy outdoor couch perfect for soaking up the city lights as the night cooled down. Between the tasty, affordable eats, generous complimentary mango cheesecake, and that spirited 5:30pm tequila ritual, this spot turned an ordinary evening into a memorable fiesta I can't wait to relive.

As the sun began to dip below the horizon, I found myself at Salud, drawn by the promise of good food and a warm atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and the tequila toast at sunset added a touch of tradition to the evening. The desert views from the patio were truly stunning, making it a memorable dining experience.
