I am a big fan of Panera Bread but this place is awful! Gave it a few tries over the years in case there were staffing issues, a new cook, whatever. The last time I went I asked if they had Dr Pepper? They said they had Coke products and pointed to the sign (didn't know). My Bacon Turkey Bravado was served with absolutely zero bacon. I asked how it is possible to have no bacon on it when that is the first ingredient in the name of the sandwich and I got an annoyed tone and a 'dunno'. There was no paper towel in either bathroom. It was awful and I won't return. I might try a different location.
What a shame.
