I work really close to Pollo Feliz. I love the food. However the place is very dated looking the Single use restrooms do not lock, so anyone can walk in whilst your in there. the place is always smoky from poor ventilation in the grill area. Table are always wobbly. I love the food, the place just needs a serious face lift and updating.

Just left the restaurant, Not a clean table to be found, soda machine had no coke, and I got a salad plate but the salad bar was empty the whole time I was there. This place has gone down fast.

I have lived in Tucson for 13 years and Polo Feliz's chicken is the best I have ever had. I have served it to my friends and they all agree that it is the best chicken they have ever tasted.

Chicken is tasty but way too salty. I won't be able to eat there any more even though I love the grilled chicken. The cheese crisp is very tasty and so is the rice and beans. The salad isn't really salad. It's lettuce and not good.
