I arrived at the Restaurant at about 8:50 p.m. and was seated right away. The host took our drink order and got us our water quickly. After us getting our water the waiter did not approach us for at least 10 min. and when he arrived he did not introduce himself and just said what would you like. I ordered the Porter house and added grilled shrimp and my wife just ordered an appetizer because she had already eaten earlier in the evening. It took the food until about 9:35 to get to our table. When he brought the food he asked me to cut into my steak (I ordered it medium) I cut into the steak and it was well done. He took it back and had the cook redo it. When he brought another steak out it was undercooked. It was rare. Very Rare. So he took it back and put it on the grill. The manager then brought it back and had me cut into it and half of it was medium well the other half was rare. By that time it was 10 p.m. and I was starving so I ate half the steak that was medium well and left the other half. They did not comp any of the meal and just appeared to be ok with how long they made me wait and that they could not cook a steak.
