Hosting my son's rehearsal dinner in the Jerome room was an unforgettable experience thanks to Holly, the Event Coordinator, who thoughtfully accommodated our food allergies by working closely with the chef to create a delicious buffet everyone could enjoy. The menu offered outstanding dishes, including flavorful vegan options, complemented by exceptional service from Holly and Mark that made the evening truly special. From the cozy bar and welcoming atmosphere to the lovely summer patio, every visit feels like a memorable occasion with consistently great food, attentive staff, and a warm ambiance perfect for celebrations or intimate dinners.

We had a wonderful time hosting my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Tria's Jerome room, where Holly, the Event Coordinator, was a joy to work with. Holly went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies and restrictions by checking with the Head Chef to ensure the buffet was enjoyable for everyone. The outstanding food, including the Chef's choice vegan options, and exceptional service from Holly & Mark made for a memorable night that we truly enjoyed at Tria.
