The single worst restaurant location of any franchise ever. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ORDER FROM THEM! Everyone there seems to be intentionally bad. I ordered online last night and when I got there, about 6 people were waiting at the online pick up. They were not making the pickup orders and were just letting them pile up. Eventually people starting asking for their food or walking out. I finally gave my name and they walked over, grabbed a ticket, and started making orders. They worked their way through a few people but not mine yet. At this point I had been waiting for 40 minutes. They had made food for about 30 people who had been in line or given their names for the online orders they were ignoring. I was getting upset and asked if I should just get in the back of the line, reorder, and then ask for a refund later. They said no, give my name again and they'll make it. So I did, and waited another 15 minutes. At almost hour, me and a couple others walked out. I sat in my car and tried to get a refund. But Chipotle said I could not get a refund because "my order was ready on time". Then I got very upset, had to go back in, and basically shout at everybody behind the counter until someone finally helped me and gave me a refund. I left this location after waiting for an hour with no food. This was not the first time this has happened at this awful awful Chipotle location.
