After ordering potato greens soup through DoorDash and receiving a delicious cassava leaf soup substitution due to unavailability, I was blown away by the authentic, well-seasoned West African flavors at Milah's African Cuisine in Brooklyn Park, where the generous portions, excellent spice balance, friendly service, and adherence to mask protocols keep me coming back despite occasional menu shortages and wait times.

I ordered potato greens soup through DoorDash, but was pleasantly surprised when I received cassava leaf soup instead, which was absolutely divine. The vibrant flavors and spices in every dish transport me back to my roots, making Milah's African Cuisine my favorite destination for authentic Liberian food.
