The Texas style barbecue at Baldy's was a pleasant surprise with its flavorful and moist brisket sandwich featuring a great smoke 'bark'. The homemade BBQ sauces were also top quality, complementing dishes like the creamy corn. Located along Interstate 35, Baldy's offers a delicious BBQ experience that is worth a visit.
